Under this type of service the client works directly with the
Architect/Engineer. By awarding separate contracts to the
Architect/Engineer and General Contractor, Cornerstone Construction
would typically not be involved until the final plans are
complete. Once design is completed and the plans are sealed, we
would gather all costs to deliver a stipulated bid amount. By
choosing this type of service, the client is ensured a firm price for
the project, with the exception of owner changes and drawing omissions.
Once the contract is signed, Cornerstone would then award contracts to
the Subcontractors and the project would get underway.
