As our typical form of service, this method offers the lowest risk and best price without sacrificing quality. By signing a Design/Build contract you'll receive assistance from start to finish, including our warranty after completion. We start with feasibility studies, preliminary designs and plans, and budget estimating. We then contract with the Architect/Engineer to complete final plans. Once the final budget is completed, subcontractor contracts and permits are secured, construction begins. As the client, you have access to all information, billing, and contracts related to your project throughout the entire process. This is what makes this a preferred form of service for all clients. A "cost plus not to exceed" contract in addition to our "open book" policy, equals savings and honesty.
