1.) Construction Manager acting as an advisor without a General Contractor
2.) Construction Manager acting as an advisor with a General Contractor
3.) Construction Manager also acting as General Contractor

This specific option offers the owner to have a direct working
relationship with the Architect/Engineer and Cornerstone simultaneously. By teaming up during the
design and planning phase, both parties at the directive of the client,
are able to advise on final plans. Thus creating comprehensive
and detailed plans which pave the way to a smooth construction
phase. With this service, Cornerstone offers a "cost plus, not to exceed" contract with our "open book" policy. The client will be able to view all costs and management fees associated with the project. With the assurance of a maximum price.
